The service

IfOnly lets a business collect expressions of interest from visitors and notify consenting visitors later. A request is not an order, reservation, or commitment to buy, and IfOnly does not guarantee any sales outcome.

Your account

One workspace per account, managed by a single owner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Plan and billing

Plans cost €29–€99 per month after a 14-day free trial. VAT added where applicable. Each plan includes a set number of published conversations, new requests and notification emails per billing period; optional add-ons (extra conversation slots, usage packs) are billed as shown at purchase. WhatsApp messaging fees are charged separately by the messaging provider and require an explicit usage budget.

Acceptable use

Only notify people about what they asked for, through the channel they chose.
No unrelated marketing, spam, or purchased contact lists.
No unlawful, deceptive or harmful content on request pages.

Your data

You keep ownership of your workspace data and can export it at any time, including after your trial ends.
