Need more requests or emails this period?

Buy a usage pack for €15 (one-time): 1,000 extra requests and 1,000 extra notification emails. Packs expire at the end of your current billing period and don't roll over — you'll see the exact expiry date before you buy.

What happens at a limit?

Nothing is deleted. Requests include a small grace buffer beyond your paid allowance; at the hard limit, new visitor conversations pause with a neutral message and your contact link. Held notifications resume once you add capacity. You'll get alerts at 80% and at each limit.

How does the trial work?

14 days free, no card required. The trial includes Starter allowances: 3 published conversations and 1,000 requests with 1,000 notification emails for the whole trial. Activating a subscription ends the trial and starts a fresh paid billing period immediately.

What happens after an unpaid trial?

Your data is preserved. You can still log in, export, and manage settings and billing; public conversations pause new submissions and outbound notifications pause until payment is confirmed.

Is WhatsApp included?

No. WhatsApp messaging is separately priced and not included in these allowances. Billable WhatsApp sending stays off until its pricing and billing arrangement are explicitly configured.
